THERAPISTS

 Payton Lee, M.A. is a doctoral-level clinician providing individual therapy at Reno Psychological Services under the supervision of Dr. J.P. Crum. Payton is currently completing his Doctor of Clinical Psychology at California Northstate University, with training in forensic neuropsychological assessment and clinical mental health across a range of settings. 

Payton works with adults navigating a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, neurocognitive disorders, PTSD, life transitions, and adjustment difficulties. Drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Payton tailors treatment to each individual's unique strengths, needs, and goals.
